Filling In Your Rates

  • Use the Rate Card Calculator to get a data-driven starting point based on your audience size
  • Rates should reflect your engagement, not just follower count — a 5% engagement rate is worth more than 10k extra followers
  • Round to clean numbers ($500, $750, $1,000) — they're easier for clients to approve internally
  • Add a "Campaign Bundle" at roughly 2.5x your single post rate (not 3x) — bundle pricing closes faster
  • Leave speaking/webinar rates higher than posts — your time is worth more per hour

Sharing Best Practices

  • Send your rate card AFTER a discovery call, not before — use it to confirm pricing, not open a negotiation
  • Include your LinkedIn profile URL so brands can verify your current stats
  • Screenshot your LinkedIn Creator Analytics (last 90 days) to attach alongside this PDF
